Pickup service

We will provide a shuttle service from Hangzhou International Airport (HGH, 杭州萧山国际机场) to the hotel. To help us finalize arrangements, kindly inform us (Bo.Liu@zhejianglab.org) of your flight itinerary and preferred stay dates at the NARADA Resort & Spa at your earliest convenience. If you do not require airport pickup, please let us know as well so we can update our records accordingly.

 

The Hangzhou West (HangzhouXi) High-Speed Railway Station is approximately 20 minutes by car from the hotel. If you travel by train, it is recommended to arrive at Hangzhou West Station.

 

Guide traveling from Shanghai Airport to Hangzhou:

Option 1: Direct Airport Shuttle Bus from Shanghai to Hangzhou

It’s the most straightforward and stress-free option, especially when carrying luggage. You will take a direct bus from Pudong Airport to the conference pickup point.

Detailed Steps & Guide:

    1. Find the Bus Station

From the Pudong International Airport arrivals hall, walk towards Terminal 2 (Direction of T2). It takes about 5-8 minutes on foot. You will reach a T-intersection of Wuzhou Middle Path and Africa Street (Picture 1). Look for the signs "Coach" (Picture 2-3).

 

    2. Purchase Ticket

There are self-service ticket machines next to the bus station. You can purchase your ticket directly using your passport (Note: The machine likely requires a passport, not a Chinese ID card).

    3. Security Check & Boarding

After purchasing your ticket, go to the 2nd floor for security check.

    4. Arrival in Hangzhou

The shuttle bus service terminates at Hangzhou East Railway Station. The conference shuttle will be available there to take you to the venue. A member will be waiting for you at the airport gate exit, holding a sign with your name.

Option 2: High-Speed Train from Shanghai to Hangzhou

This is the quickest mode of transport, but it requires one transfer from the airport to the train station.

Detailed Steps:

1. From PVG to Hongqiao Railway Station by Metro

   • Inside Pudong Airport (PVG), follow the signs for Metro Line 2.

   • You will take this line all the way to Hongqiao Railway Station (虹桥火车站). This is the terminal station, so no need to transfer.

   • Ensure you board the train heading towards Xujing East (徐泾东). The total ride from PVG to Hongqiao Station takes approximately 90 minutes.

   • Fare: Around 8-10 RMB.

      

2. Take the High-Speed Train

   •  Book your train ticket from "Shanghai Hongqiao (SHH)" to "Hangzhou East (HGH)" . Trains are very frequent.

   • Journey & Fare: The ride takes about 1 hour, and the ticket costs approximately 60 - 80 RMB.

      

3.  Arrival in Hangzhou

   • • The shuttle bus service terminates at Hangzhou East Railway Station. The conference shuttle will be available there to take you to the venue. A member will be waiting for you at the gate exit, holding a sign with your name.
